Terms and Conditions
BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS: You ‘the traveller’ represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these terms and conditions as set out by Go Golfing Pty Ltd (referred to as GG below) on behalf of everyone named in your booking.
Any variation to your booking requirements must be made in writing by you.
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS: Payment of your deposit confirms you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. A deposit of AUD $500 per person must accompany your booking form. Final payment (including optional extras) due 1 April 2022. Should full payment not be received by the final payment due date, your booking may be cancelled by the supplier. GG has the right to re-calculate tour costs to reinstate your booking, and late payment fees may apply. For tour cancellations, refunds are subject to cancellation terms.
CHANGES IN ITINERARY: GG endeavours to perform all tours in line with the published itinerary, but reserves the right to change or substitute where necessary for reasons outside of our control including but not limited to: acts of nature, road and or weather conditions, local holidays, strikes, war, civil disturbances, advice by government authorities, breakdowns, medical or customs regulations, alternations, cancellations, delays, tender unavailability or golf course cancellations, we will substitute (at the nearest possible standard) an alternative where possible.
TOURS COSTS: Prices are based on per person, twin/double room. Tariffs are current as at 4 August 2021. In the unlikely instance of price increases from suppliers, or tax increases, GGT reserves the right to re-cost the tour after initial publication due to currency fluctuations. Unless otherwise indicated we have not included local tipping, airfares, visas, airport taxes, port taxes, security charges, airport transfers, items of a personal nature, laundry, drinks and consumables.
HEALTH & FITNESS: A good level of health & fitness is required to participate on tour. It is your responsibility to advise GG of any pre-existing medical condition that may affect the normal conduct of the tour & enjoyment of others while on tour.
RESPONSIBILITY: GG acts only as a booking agent making reservations with the companies or associates offering the services contained in this brochure. Whilst acting in good faith, GG does not accept any responsibility for default causing loss or injury to person or property whether by negligence or otherwise on the part of the operator or accommodation managers/owners or their employees. GG has made every endeavour to ensure that all details are correct at the time of printing and cannot accept responsibility for subsequent change or withdrawal of prices, details or services shown.
SOLO TRAVELLERS: On request GG will assist with sourcing a room share partner for the same sex. Please Note: You will be charged the single supplement amount until a room share partner is found, then the single supplement will be removed. In the case a room share cannot be found, the single supplement will be charged. Should you be ‘matched’ with another person we cannot be held responsible if the choice is not to your satisfaction. Smoking: Room sharers acknowledge the room will be treated as a non-smoking room.
AIRFARES & TAXES: Internal airfares where included in the tour itinerary are based on economy airfares available at the time of booking. Upgrades are subject to availability and at an additional cost. Airfares are subject to increases until the tickets have been issued and paid in full. Once your deposit has been paid in full and the internal airfare sectors have been ticketed by GG you will avoid any increase in internal airfares and or taxes.
International airfares are not included in the tour itinerary; however, we can assist with all of your international travel arrangements. All airfare bookings are subject to individual airline terms and conditions.
PORTERAGE: Hotel porterage for one suitcase and one set of golf clubs per person is included at each stay during your group touring programme. Porterage is not included for pre or post tour stays. It is not included on the first or last days of your tour when arriving or departing your hotel independently.
LUGGAGE LIMITS: On Tour: Each passenger is entitled to take one suitcase + golf bag. Extra porterage charges may be imposed to cover handling costs for any additional luggage.
Airlines have their own luggage restrictions, please check with each airline individually based on your booking class. If you do not adhere to these limitations excess baggage fees may apply and will be your own expense.
VISAS & PASSPORTS: All passengers must have a passport that is valid for at least six months after their return date to Australia. Passengers are solely responsible for meeting necessary passport and visa entry requirements and paying all associated costs. GG is not responsible, nor accept liability, for any traveller refused entry due to carrying the incorrect documentation.
Visas, including transit visas, are the passenger’s own responsibility. For more information please log on to: www.dfat.gov.au

Please check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are travelling to, as many destinations require visas for both Australians and non-Australian passport holders. SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS: Please note requests for special dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed at all hotels and restaurants; however, all measures are made to ensure suitable meals for all tour guests. PAYMENT: Payment can be made by cheque – make cheques payable to Go Golfing Pty Ltd, via Direct Deposit into our bank account (see booking for bank details), with Mastercard and Visa credit card (a 1.25% credit card surcharge applies) and Amex (a 2% surcharge applies) CLIENT CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. GG will act on your behalf to recoup any deposits/payments paid to suppliers as permitted within the contract terms. The following cancellation charges will apply:
Days of notice
• 150 days or more: full refund less an AUD 100 per person admin fee plus any payments made to suppliers that are non-refundable.
• 149-61 days: Loss of deposits plus any payments made to suppliers that are non-refundable.
• 60 days or less: Loss of up to 100% of tour package price per person
The above are GG cancellation fees. Airlines and our suppliers may have additional cancellation fees. If your holiday has commenced, 100% of the full holiday package price is charged. There is no refund for unused services or if portions of the holiday package are missed. Refunds for any pre, post or optional packages added to your booking will be subject to the refund policies of the relevant suppliers. PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE: GG's refund and credit policy for tour cancellation due to any of the following events:
• Government restrictions that compromise the event itinerary
• Border closures or quarantine requirements that prevent 30% or more booked guests from attending
Note: These policies reflect the contracts GG has entered into with tour suppliers.

TOUR CANCELLATIONS INSIDE 14 DAYS OF DEPARTURE:
Refund amounts will be subject to the contracted terms and conditions of each supplier. Refund amounts will be paid to you on receipt from suppliers.

Refund amounts will be subject to the contracted terms and conditions of each supplier. Refund amounts will be paid to you on receipt from suppliers. GG will not be responsible for any forfeiture of package inclusions, changes to travel arrangements or any financial loss.
THE GO GOLFING DIFFERENCE:
At no stage will GG charge any administration fees as a result of tour cancellation due to the reasons outlined in the above policies. MOTORISED CARTS: To drive a motorised cart, competitors agree to possess a current driver’s license and have previous experience driving a golf cart equal to a minimum of four rounds. In the event of an accident, the driver is responsible for the costs to repair the cart and any property damaged as well as being liable for any personal injury claims. LIABILITY: By agreeing to these published terms and conditions you agree that you participate in this tour at your own risk. GG, tour hosts and other suppliers of goods and services accept no liability for any death, injury, property loss or damage incurred during or arising out of any aspect of the conduct of this tour. TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is a condition of your booking that you are adequately insured for your tour. We recommend you take out adequate travel insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself in the event of cancellation. You must carry with you a copy of your certificate of insurance while on tour. GG will provide every assistance with any travel insurance claim you make. IMAGE CONSENT: I consent to the use of my image in photographs or recordings taken at the event for use in the advertising, marketing or promotion of the event or any other event being conducted by Go Golfing Pty Ltd. I also assign all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings or other records of me during the event to Go Golfing Pty Ltd.
