‘La Buena Vida’ SPAIN and PORTUGAL Golf Tour

7 – 24 September 2019

18 days | 7 rounds of golf

Early Bird Reward: Book by 15 October 2018 to save EUR 300pp

Spain is a country with music in its soul, a love of fine food, and an innate talent for celebrating the good things in life – golf being one of their newfound pleasures! Spanish passion is woven into the fabric of daily life, whether you are savouring pata negra (ham tapas) or feeling your heart beat faster as a vivacious flamenco dancer swirls her skirt to hypnotic musical tempos.

You’ll play golf around charming Mediterranean coves and along the wildly beautiful cliffs of the Atlantic coast. Highlight courses include Real Club De Golf El Prat (Barcelona), Finca Cortesin (Marbella), Monte Rei (Algarve, Portugal), Quinta do Lago (Algarve, Portugal) and Oitavos Dunes (Portugal).

Everywhere you go, villages of timeless beauty perch on hilltops, gather in valleys and cling to coastal outcrops as tiny, resilient outposts of Old Spain. Then there is Portugal, with medieval castles, cobblestone villages, captivating cities and golden beaches. Combine this with some of the best golf in Europe and you’ll find Spain and Portugal quickly take over top spot on your travel bucket list.

Non-golfing partners are well looked after with immersive tours visiting cultural attractions.  Our Spain-Portugal tour always sells out quickly, so be sure to book early!

18 days | 7 rounds of golf

Early Bird Reward: Book by 15 October 2018 to save EUR 300pp

All the accommodation was first class. Monte Rei was the most outstanding golf course I have ever played. Alhambra Palace is a must visit and Go Golfing organised this very well. The trip across the Gibraltar Strait to Tangier was brilliant, and the guide knew the history to perfection. I’ve told all my golfing friends to add this tour to their bucket list.

Geoff, Spain Portugal tour, Sept 2017

Great trip and well organised. The golf courses were great — we’d love to play them again. The mix of golf and touring worked well, and the tour locations were so interesting, covering places we otherwise wouldn’t have seen.

Martin, Spain Portugal tour, Sept 2017

The WOW moment for us was the trip to Morocco and Lisbon, especially the standard of the golf courses. The tour was exceptionally hosted and organised. My wife was a non-golfing partner and she was happy exploring and meeting new friends.”

Peter, Spain Portugal tour, Sept 2017

Finca Cortesin and Monte Rei were exceptional. Loved Alhambra Palace. Graham was an excellent host and our group was a nice mix of good-hearted fun folk. It was a privilege to spend time with them! I would definitely do the tour again.

Ken, Spain Portugal tour, Sept 2017

Good courses, good hotels, transport and service. Our guide, Graham, couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend a trip with Go Golfing.

Annette, Spain Portugal tour, Sept 2017

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and have been letting everyone know how great it was.
