How would you like to play the “Crown Jewels” of English golf? Basking in the prestige of golf’s most illustrious tournament, The Open venues you’ll tee off on tour read like a who’s who of England’s best links courses. The British line-up features the “Royal” clubs of Liverpool (Hoylake), Birkdale, and Lytham and St Annes. Add to this England’s most prestigious and revered inland golfing venue, Sunningdale Golf Club, and you have a tour that will make any golfer go weak at the knees.

On this fully escorted golf tour, we follow the “Old Blithy” golfing hotspots and make our way from Southport, England’s Golf Coast, to Liverpool, home of the Beatles, through to Oxford, a medieval university town with modern charm, to end in London – where the tower of London, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben await.

British delights abound: Sip a pint of ale in a centuries-old pub, hum along the Beatles’ hit “All you need is love”, cruise down the river in Oxford in a punt and flirt with the Royals at Madam Tussaud’s. Non-golfers are well-looked after with a schedule of activities while the golfers indulge in their passion.

Non-golfers embark on a tour of Hoghton Tower, a centuries-old fortified manor house.

Evening at leisure.

Beware: Avoiding the 200 bunkers is the name of the game at Lytham!

Whilst the par 4 6th was selected in the book “The 500 World’s Greatest Golf Holes”.

Lined with soaring pine, birch and oak trees, there is nowhere quite so charming. Bobby Jones famously scored a perfecty symmetrical 66 – 33 shots going out, 33 coming back, 33 were “full shots” and 33 were putts.

A very professionally run golf tour company that provides a fantastic mix of golf and sightseeing, whilst meeting other people that shared the same interests.

Peta, Canada 2017

I would recommend to anyone to travel with Go Golfing. The accommodation was first class. The golf courses were absolutely brilliant and in mint condition.

Wendy, Dubai Abu Dhabi 2018

I would recommend to anyone to travel with Go Golfing. The accommodation was first class. The golf courses were absolutely brilliant and in mint condition.

Wendy, Dubai Abu Dhabi 2018

I chose this trip because it was an organised combination of golf and sightseeing with 5-star hotels and highly rated golf courses that we would most likely never otherwise have the opportunity to play.

Diane, Spain & Portugal 2018

Highlights are hard to pinpoint as the whole trip was a highlight. As a first-timer with Go Golfing, I think the trip was well-organised.

Marion

As a first-time non-golfer, the trip was great. The accommodation was excellent, the people were all very friendly, the host was excellent and looked after us well.
