Q: Where and when is Tournament Registration?
A: Sunday, 15 October 2023 from 1-4pm @ Pacific Fair Shopping Centre
Q: What if I cannot make it to the Tournament Registration?
A: That’s not a problem at all, a friend can collect your welcome pack for you, or it can also be collected at either the welcome function at Topgolf or at golf on Monday 16 October.
Golfers playing in the Ambrose at Sanctuary Cove on Sunday 15 October morning will be able to collect their registration pack at golf.
Q: What do I do with my golf clubs on Tournament Registration day?
A: FIRST, collect your bag tag from our staff at Meriton (behind reception) or Air on Broadbeach (in lobby) if you are hotel guests (booked through Go Golfing) OR for all others with own accommodation arrangements, collect from Tournament Registration. If you are staying at Signature on Broadbeach – please leave your golf clubs with hotel reception between 1-4pm on Sunday 15 October.
SECOND, tag your golf clubs and drop them off to Go Golfing staff at either Meriton (behind reception) or Air on Broadbeach (in lobby) between 1-4pm on Sunday, 15 October 2023.
Please DO NOT bring your golf clubs to Tournament Registration @ Pacific Fair.
Playing in the Ambrose golf at Sanctuary Cove on Sunday 15 October? Golfers will be able to complete registration at the golf course. After your round, your golf clubs will be transferred to your Monday 16 course.
Q: What is the Golf Bag Valet Service? Do I have to use it?
A: The golf club valet service is a complimentary service included for all golfers participating in the tournament – simply tag your clubs and follow the instructions above to utilise this service. Tournament organisers will deliver your golf clubs to each course for you, where they will be waiting for you on your cart each day.
This service is NOT mandatory, and you can opt to take your clubs with you at the completion of play each day.
Q: What do I need to know about Topgolf on Sunday night?
A: Complimentary transfer from Meriton, Signature and Air on Broadbeach accommodation is included, departing at 5pm.
If you are making your own way to Topgolf, the start time is 6pm.
On arrival at Topgolf, proceed to your allocated bay for an induction on how to play Topgolf.
A buffet dinner and complimentary beer, wine, and soft drinks are included.
Q: What if I’d like to sit with my friends at the Presentation Dinner?
A: At Tournament Registration on Sunday 15 October as well as at the Topgolf Welcome Function, you will be able to arrange who you wish to sit with for the Presentation Dinner via our Seating Plans.
Q: What is the Tournament Transport Package?
A: The Tournament Transport Package is an optional extra ($89pp) and it includes return golf transfers for all tournament golf rounds (as well as optional golfs – if booked) to and from the Tournament accommodation venues – Meriton Apartments Broadbeach, Signature and Air On Broadbeach. The transfer to the Topgolf Welcome Function on Sunday 15 October is complimentary for ALL event participants.
Transfers are also included for all Non-Golfers who have purchased the Non-Golfer Package.

Q: Where do I find the draws for the week?
A: The draws and playing partners listing will be uploaded to the Trip Plans app on Friday 13 October. A notification will be sent to you via the app itself once these has been uploaded. Access the app here.
Q: Where are the nightly 19th Hole Function?
A: Level 4 at Air On Broadbeach – 159 Old Burleigh Road, Broadbeach (opposite Kurrawa Surf Club). If you are not staying at Air On Broadbeach, Go Golfing staff will provide you with access from Old Burleigh Road / lobby area.
Q: Will my scores for the week get uploaded to Golflink?
A: Our team will upload your scores to Golflink within 7 days after the tournament has concluded.
