The well-being of our guests and team has always been, and always will be, our primary concern. New procedures have been implemented to:
Let’s keep you safe and healthy!
We are very selective with whom we work with. We only partner with hotels, golf courses, transport providers and restaurants that take the well-being of our guests as seriously as we do and agree to meet ``best practice`` guidelines.
Our tour hosts are equipped to ensure enhanced hygiene and social distancing protocols are applied. They operate with a duty of care mandate, communicating and monitoring the hygiene etiquette of guests and ensuring venue compliance.
You can rest assured that government distancing requirements will be followed on tour. We have screened all of our venue partners to ensure they adhere to government advice on physical distancing and hygiene guidelines.
Following government recommendations, we’ll assess the risks based on the travel requirements to determine the number of people that can travel together in a coach and the seating arrangements.
Should you prefer, we can organise a cart for your own use (own cost). Otherwise, two per cart is currently deemed safe by the advice of Golf Australia and the Chief Medical Officer.
Your host will have enough hand sanitiser for each guest each day. Please wash your hands regularly, cover your face when coughing, maintain social distancing and avoid coming in contact with others.
Hosts will perform temperature checks at the first point of contact each day. If you record a reading of 37.5°C or more and you don't feel unwell, you will have a 15-minute cool-off period before being retested.
Should you fail the temperature check, the host will be there to ensure you receive appropriate care and organise next steps.
We recommend you download the Covid-Safe app before travelling. This speeds up contacting people exposed to COVID-19 and will help protect you and other guests on tour.
