ITINERARY
MONDAY 3 NOVEMBER
Please ensure your flight into Melbourne* arrives by 10am. If already in Melbourne, please make your way to Parkview Hotel (St Kilda Rd) and be ready to depart for golf by 11am. From the airport we drop off our luggage at Parkview Hotel en-route to Yarra Yarra^ to compete in a corporate golf event hosted by the club professional. Lunch is provided before our 1pm shotgun start and following golf there is a prize presentation dinner. After dinner we return to Parkview Hotel for a cleansing ale, nightcap, port – more drinks. Non golfers will be transferred to Parkview Hotel where they can check-in and have the afternoon to enjoy shopping and sightseeing in Melbourne.

TUESDAY 4 NOVEMBER
The $5.1 million Emirates Melbourne Cup is more than just a horse race. It is a 146 year old tradtion that literally brings Australia to a standstill. Australia's best staying horses will again take on horses from the Northern Hemisphere, Japan, and Hong Kong for racings ultimate prize. Following breakfast return to your room (aka fashion central) to put on your lucky suit, designer dress, hats, fascinators etc in readiness for a great day. We have a private coach transfer to the front gates at Flemington. No queues for us, we have pulled some strings to get tickets in the International Marquee, located in the magnificent new ‘Birdcage’ development. This beautifully appointed and stylishly decortated marquee includes buffet lunch, afternoon tea, racebook, waiter service for all beverages including spirits, powder room, internet access, betting facilities and television screens. We start the day looking a million dollars, invariably after 7 hours of partying some will look more like a million Lira on the trip home.
WEDNESDAY 5 NOVEMBER
Breakfast and perhaps a quick walk around Albert Park before we transfer to the exclusive Heritage Golf & Country Club. The Heritage Golf and Country Club is a vision which has been a long time in the making. Located in the spectacular Yarra Valley (a prime Victorian wine district) The Heritage is a Jack Nicklaus signature course which meanders its way through gently rolling hills and carefully placed water hazards. Evening at leisure.
THURSDAY 6 NOVEMBER
Steeped in tradition, Oaks Day is Melbourne’s traditional ‘ladies’ day at the races. With the Flemington roses in full bloom, it is a day of high fashion, champagne, fun and even a couple of horse races. Today we have general admission passes or you can upgrade to the International Lounge marquee facility (additional cost of $450). Today you have the option to invest in a punters club, where funds are pooled in a bid to win big. Evening at leisure.
FRIDAY 7 NOVEMBER
Todays final round is at Woodland Golf Club. Ranked in Australia’s top 10 courses, the beautifully landscaped par 72 course hosted the 2002 Australian Open Championship. 12.30pm shotgun start. Tonight we have a private group dinner and presentations. (Three course dinner and 3 hour premium beverages included).
SATURDAY 8 NOVEMBER
Following breakfast there is time for a quick trip into the city. We will depart the hotel at 12noon for the airport, arriving about 12.45pm. We recommend that you book a flight that departs after 1.30pm.
