TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
A deposit of A$200 must accompany each entry to ensure place in Golf School. The balance of all fees
must be paid before the outlined date. Go Golfing reserves the right to refuse entry should capacity be
exceeded.
The person affecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of all
persons named in the booking. Any variation to your booking requirements must be made in writing.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations received in writing before the final payment date will be subject to a A$50* administration
charge. After this date a cancellation fee of A$100* will apply plus any charges that may apply from
Rydges Capricorn. A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to
the event.
Should you cancel your booking the following cancellation charges will apply:
*Refunds will be determined on the basis of the amount we are able to recover from suppliers paid on
your behalf.
No refund is available for cancellations on or after the date of arrival or in respect of any accommodation,
meals or any other services not utilised. Some local operators apply individual cancellation charges that
will affect the total amount of cancellation fees charged.
Go Golfing reserves the right to cancel Golf Schools by providing participants in writing three weeks prior
to event and refunding all fees originally paid by participant to Go Golfing.
GO GOLFING MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Go Golfing Money Back Guarantee. Go Golfing offers to refund the tuition element of the Golf School
($400) for any attendee who does not show improvement by completion of the golf school. Improvement
is measured through video swing analysis and other measures of consistency.
RESPONSIBILITY
Go Golfing and its associated contractors accept no liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether
negligent or otherwise, of those Airlines, Hotels, Operators or Persons providing services in connection
with this tour. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or
any other events which are beyond our control.

at time of printing but cannot accept responsibility for subsequent change or withdrawal of prices, details
or services shown.
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
Deposit due on receipt of entry to secure place in Golf School. Balance payable no later than dates
outlined on entry form.
PARTICIPANTS RISK
All entrants participate in the Golf School at their own risk; Go Golfing, contractors and other
suppliers of goods and services accept no liability for any death, injury, property loss or damage incurred
during or arising out of any aspect of the conduct of the event.
